This service began on 11 May, 1998, with the aim of offering a prompt and efficient tourist service (One Stop Service) in all aspects of tourist information and assistance 24 hours per day.
Tourists can either contact the centre themselves or phone 1155 free from anywhere in Thailand 24 hours per day.
